In the case of a visible lack of product when taking over the shipment, the Buyer is not obliged to take over the delivered product, can refuse receipt, and does not bear the costs of delivering such a product. It is considered that the products that were duly received by the Customer had no visible defect. The customer has the right to complain in relation to material defects in the deadlines and for the reasons prescribed by the provisions of the Law on Mandatory Deadlines. In order to determine as quickly as possible the specific order to which the Buyer has an objection, in the objection, the Buyers are asked to state the order number, the account number or their username.

The customer has the right to a justified complaint and to return the goods in the following cases:

• delivery of goods that were not ordered

• delivery of goods that have a fault or damage that did not occur during transport

Otherwise, the seller will consider the complaint valid if, after examining the product, he determines that it meets the conditions for a complaint in accordance with the Obligatory Relations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. In this case, within 15 days of receiving a valid complaint, they will replace the product or return the entire amount paid. If, on the other hand, it finds that the complaint is not valid, i.e. if it rejects the complaint, it will inform the Customer about the same within 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.

The seller will accept the return of damaged, defective or wrongly delivered goods at his own expense, if it is determined that the complaint is justified and that the buyer has not affected the correctness, damage or any defect of the goods.
In the event of a justified complaint, the cost of replacement with a new product is fully borne by the Seller.

 

Delivery in the Republic of Croatia and other countries

The sender will indicate the reference number of the accompanying documentation in the pick-up list, whereby the later signed delivery list with the reference number will be proof of the delivery.

Incorrectly delivered product

If, during the inspection of the delivered products, the Buyer found a reason for a complaint in the manner described above, the goods should be immediately complained to the delivery person, because the Seller will not accept complaints reported after the delivery of the delivered Products.
Refusal to download
If the Buyer does not take over the product or refuses to take over the product without a valid reason, the Seller reserves the right to demand compensation for the costs of manipulation, transport and other possible costs.

 

SOLD OUT ITEMS
In individual cases, due to high demand, it is possible that the Seller will not be able to deliver some of the ordered Products, or that some of the Products from the offer are completely or partially sold out. Refunds
